Send Content
We will provide a form to collect all required information for your website. We can collect this information via a phone call if required. This will take less than 30mins to complete.
Website Developed
We take your information and build your Super Simple Site! Once you have approved it, the final steps are taken to get the site live on Google and other search engines.
Web Design
You pick the sections, and we fill in the gaps. Complete a simple questionaire about your business, provide us some content and images, and we do the dirty work for you. No more frustrating ‘do it yourself!’ site builders!
Development
We keep our sites super simple. A basic structure with the sections you need to convert your web visitors, the flexibility to grow and the basics to rank well on search engines.

30 Day Change Period
We understand that something might pop and you might need a change made after the site is approved and live. Don’t stress! If you need an image or text updated, we give you a 30 day grace period after completion of the site where we will make any changes for you, for free.
Why Super Simple Sites?
Working as part of a web development team for the last 10 years, I have met many clients who just want something simple. They don’t need (or want!) to spend $2000, $3000 or $5000 on a website – they just need somewhere simple for people to find them online. A professional online presence, to showcase their business or individual offering and add credibility above and beyond what social platforms alone can do.
Why do I need to pay a recurring annual fee?
Regardless of who you build with, you will always need to purchase your domain name and pay for hosting to get your branded website live. Your highly competitive annual fee covers not only hosting and domain – but also a complimentary website update each year – which isn’t offered by other web hosts.
Can I make changes to my site?
Yes! Once the site build is completed, you can make one further round of text or image changes, complimentary, within 30 days. We understand sometimes you have a bright idea or finally take that photo you needed – we will update free of change.
After the 30 days, you will be provided editor access to the website with an instruction video – meaning you can update text and images to your hearts content!
If you would like us to make text, image or module changes after the 30 day grace period, we can quote you additionally for this.
What happens if I want to move my website elsewhere?
We can download your web files for you and provide you with the folder to give your new web host. Please note that any theme or plugin licenses we have used will be null and void moving elsewhere, and licenses will need to be updated by yourself or your new web support team.
How many email addresses can I have?
We can set up as many email accounts / mail boxes as you would like. It is $4 a month per email.
Will I get to see my site before it goes live?
Certainly, we never send a website live without first being approved by a client. Once you have submitted your text and image content, our team gets to work on completing the site, which is then sent to you for a final review before we send the site live.
What if I want to take my website down?
No worries at all, please give us at least 14 days notice. unfortunately due to the nature of website hosting and domain packages being paid to our host provider, we can’t offer pro-rata refunds if you cancel before the annual renewal is up.
